I'll go over setting up your Godox Flash Triggers and Flash Units (AD400pro & AD600pro), how to choose the right modifiers, and how to set up your Sony mirrorless camera for flash.
NIKON USERS: Make sure your flash sync speed is set to 1/250* for you to be able to shoot in High Speed Sync (HSS).
If you watch the Sony set up portion, you will learn how I set up my metering and focusing no matter what camera you use. This is important because no matter the camera brand, the process is the same.
